Justin LeGrand from Boy Scout Troop 106 in Decatur, GA, chose to build a chicken coop at the Flat Rock Archives for his Eagle Scout project. With the help of his fellow troop members, Clarence Boone III and Kameron Jones, the boys worked tirelessly with Johnny to build the coop from scratch. While building, the boys found so many artifacts underground! These artifacts belonged to Theodore Bryant Sr. who built the 1917 house where the Flat Rock Archives now resides. Talk about history coming full circle!!
